William Hill Bingo TV Sponsorships
William Hill Bingo is another big online bingo network in the UK. It forms part of the William Hill Sportsbook and Casino Operations. Now, they are no longer just operating online but they are expanding to your telly! That’s right. They are off to the Television screens!
ITV’s daytime show called “The Real Deal” will be sponsored by the William Hill sportsbook and casino operation to raise awareness of the William Hill Bingo. A couple of big wigs in the online bingo industry have started this growing trend since last year. Wink Bingo is among those who have invested a hefty amount to sponsor the likes of Family Fortunes, a daytime show at ITV2. Since then, Wink Bingo has become more popular.
That is what William Hill Bingo is trying to do. Its partnership deal with ITV will be a 4 month long sponsorship of the day time TV show, “The Real Deal”. In fact, this is already their second sponsorship. They have already sponsored another popular Television show in the UK called the “Spin Star”, which ended in November 2008.
It seems that they were very happy with the results of their “Spin Star” sponsorship last November that they are doing another sponsorship this year. Yet this time, it’s longer and they are aiming for a far bigger audience in the day time show “The Real Deal”. They will be officially sponsoring the show until April of 2009. “The Real Deal” is hosted by David Dickinson, a popular TV personality in the country. The TV show runs daily during the weekdays and airs at ITV1 at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. The tagline that they have been showing during the advertising breaks is stated as “William Hill Bingo Thrill”. We’ll see how it goes. Hopefully, it increases the member base of William Hill Online Bingo site!
