UK Bingo Site of the Year Results
The 2008 UK Bingo Site of the Year Results are finally out, and once again Which Bingo received a record number of votes. This is understandable as UK online bingo grows in popularity year by year, and more players come online especially to vote for their favorite online bingo site.
The going was tough for all nominees, it is a hard market place out there with all the competition in this industry, but the award for Site of the Year went to …Jackpot Joy. This is hardly surprising, have you had a look at this site? There is so much to do and so many bingo games to play; not only that the prizes are gigantic. They give away over ₤2 million worth of prizes every day, so come on all you other online bingo sites; you have to know what it is your members want.
The New Site of the Year award is the second prize Which Bingo gives out at the end of the year. This award is into its second year now and is a massive hit. With all the new sites that were launched in 2008 the competition was tremendous, twenty three new online bingo sites were launched in the UK last year. The votes were unanimous though and Bingo Playground (one of my personal favorites) came in first.
It was not very strange to hear that Tombola Bingo came in second place though, they have a fantastic online bingo offering and considering they only launched in August of 2008, coming second in the race was really well done in my opinion. They are certainly deserving of this accolade as they have gone all out to provide members with a star studded line-up. I firmly believe they may just come in for the top award in next years voting.
